Photo01Please note: Online appraisals are only appropriate for certain intended uses, and therefore would not be appropriate for acquiring insurance coverage for high-value items, claiming IRS tax deductions for non-cash charitable contributions, federal or estate tax probate purposes, or litigation such as divorce and division of property uses. Those circumstances require our traditional (non-online) appraisal report.

Our traditional (non-online) appraising format is also necessary for property requiring an in-person inspection such as fine jewelry, diamonds or any material requiring testing for identification, or for high-value items where their significant potential value would warrant a personal inspection by our chief appraiser.
